Page Maxson, Chairman
Page has 28 years of experience with ConocoPhillips, leading key oil and gas assets in the US, North Sea, Africa, Middle East, Indonesia and Australia. This includes acting as the CEO of the $24.5b Australia Pacific LNG Project for seven years and taking the project from concept to full operations, responsible for permitting, government relations, engineering, design, marketing, project financing, construction, commissioning and operations.
He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Douglas D Shanda, CEO
Douglas has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, including nearly 15 years of direct experience leading LNG liquefaction projects in North and South America. He has led the successful design, construction, start-up and operations for over 38 mtpa of LNG capacity globally totaling over $40b.
Prior to joining MPL, Douglas served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Cheniere Energy, where he successfully constructed and operated the inaugural U.S. LNG export terminals in the lower 48 states. During his time with Cheniere, he built an operating business to support development, construction, operations and growth. He excelled at optimizing company and facility operations and increasing revenues by unlocking additional LNG production above nameplate capacity. Previously he held senior positions with Hunt Oil at PERU LNG, Occidental and other major chemical, petrochemical and power projects.
Douglas holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University. He serves as a Director on the board for The Alley Theatre.

Sarah Bairstow, Chief Commercial Officer
Sarah has over 18 years of industry experience, including unique end-to-end commercial LNG project development experience, having successfully marketed and delivered LNG projects from concept through to commercial operations. She was previously Head of LNG Marketing for the $18.5b Gladstone LNG Project, where she secured the long-term SPAs before building and running Gladstone LNG Project’s commercial LNG desk for close to a decade on behalf of project partners Santos, KOGAS, PETRONAS and Total.
Prior to Gladstone LNG, Sarah was an energy transactions and projects lawyer with Ashurst working on multibillion M&A transactions and project developments in the energy and resources space.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of International Business from Griffith University. She has been widely recognized across the industry through the following nominations and awards: ExxonMobil Power Play 'Rainmaker Award' – Finalist, Managing Director's Award, Nominated by GLNG for Queensland’s Resources Awards for Women – Overall Award 2013, and Queensland Emergent Woman Lawyer of the Year Award – Finalist.

Joe Dougherty, SVP E&C
Joe has over 35 years of global energy experience in Europe, Africa, Australia, South America, India, Middle East and the U.S. The last 15 years have been focused exclusively on LNG EPC projects that have delivered over 44 mtpa of LNG capacity globally totaling over $22b, which include QCLNG, Nigeria LNG, Freeport LNG and Cameron LNG.
Joe brings dual perspectives, having held senior executive positions in engineering and construction at the world’s largest global infrastructure companies, CB&I, KBR and Bechtel, as well as working directly for LNG project developers at QGC, BG Group, and Engie. This unique background provides the exceptional vantage point to make the best environmental and economical choices in the design layout, engineering, and construction of the project.
He has attended Harvard University and the Said Business School at Oxford University.
